I’ve very thankful that the ONLY one who answered my call was CDS Plumbing! Elizabeth called me right away and I was able to text her photos since I didn’t really know what I was dealing with. David, the Service Manager, was at my house in no time just to help me turn off the water and make sure the tech would have everything he needed before he even got there. The tech, Jordan, was at our house in just a few hours (all on a Saturday afternoon). He was very courteous and knowledgeable, and had the new hot water heater installed in no time. This was such a refreshing experience, I am unfortunately used to electricians, handy men etc coming in and charging way too much money for shotty work and this was the complete opposite!
